We are looking for a casual Junior Assistant to help maintain the high standards of cleanliness and presentation. This is a flexible role with specific responsibilities that include supporting our team and ensuring that our clinic environment is kept pristine and welcoming for our clients.

As a Junior Assistant, you will take care of restocking treatment rooms, cleaning common areas, emptying bins, sweeping floors, and maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic, including the reception area, staff areas, and bathroom. You will also greet clients, answer phone calls and your warm, confident personality will make everyone feel welcome. If you enjoy helping others and perhaps have an interest in a future in dermal therapies (although this is not required), this could be a great first step into the field. This is a role for someone who enjoys taking initiative and thrives on being productive. If you're the type who enjoys staying active and engaging with clients, this may be the perfect role for you.

What We Look For:

• A warm, friendly, and confident personality
• An interest in helping others, and potentially an interest in dermal therapies (though not necessary)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to make clients feel comfortable and welcomed
• Initiative to complete tasks once shown, without needing constant direction
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, well-organised environment
• Flexible hours, although they must include Tuesday evenings and the last Saturday of every month
• Immaculate personal presentation
• School reports (year 12 and up) plus a professional personal reference (e.g., from a school teacher, coach, mentor, or employer) are required
• Phones are not allowed on the clinic floor—clients are the top priority

• Individuals who cannot commit to the work schedule or find it difficult to prioritise client care over personal phone use
• Those who prefer idle time or hesitate to engage with clients
• Anyone not committed to maintaining a professional, immaculate presentation
